The food was really poor, just some nachos in a bowl with a small bit of guacamole thrown on top no cheese or salsa as stated on the menu and a margarita pizza which I don’t like and it was cold. The menu online said we would have hotdogs and it wasn’t explained to us at all why there was a change. As a party of 2 we were sat at a small table on stools and there wasn’t the room to even place the pizza box somewhere so it was really awkward to try and eat.
We arrived just before 1 and there was a glass of Prosecco on the table but after that we didn’t get our next drink until 2pm. We ordered a cocktail jug and the entertainment was even taking a break and were still waiting for a drink. Lots of the larger groups had already been served and were ordering their second jug. Eventually they brought over our jug and placed it on the table with no apology whatsoever. I had to ask if we could have our time extended given how long we’d sat waiting and they said yes they could extend it, nothing else and walked away. We were given a bottle of Prosecco after 3pm so they didn’t remember to extend it. The cocktail wasn’t very nice and was so full of ice and watered down you couldn’t taste any alcohol so we switched to Prosecco after that due to the taste and the time we had to wait but this wasn’t our preference having booked the brunch based on cocktails being available. So it was a really poor brunch experience and have been to others that were much better value, apart from the entertainment as the singer was good.
